  • Motrix works according to the basic principles of physical activity science and aims at homeostasis of the different domains of physical literacy (physical, cognitive, social and psychological). Before establishing a plan, we need to know the basic parameters and identify the type of client we are dealing with. Each individual is different and our practitioners will help you optimize your progress according to your reality

  • To increase the chances of success, the proposed exercise prescription is personalized to fit your daily and individual reality. The equipment available and your schedule will be considered by the practitioner in order to eliminate weaknesses and help you progress safely.

This Package provides a solid foundation for athletes seeking a personalized plan but don’t require lots of feedback.

With a monthly personalized training plan, athletes receive the essential tools to work towards their goals. They can stay connected through email support and benefit from monthly in-person/virtual meetings to review progress and make necessary adjustments to their training.

    Introduction to basic mental performance strategies and techniques.

The Silver package, only offered by Alex Banville, takes things up a notch offering personalized training plans on a bi-weekly basis and including more in-depth aspects of mental performance.

Athletes receive a more detailed and bi- weekly training plan, along with bi-weekly virtual check-ins for closer monitoring.

This Package is the ultimate level of personalized coaching. Only offered by Alex Banville, it’s designed for athletes seeking a premium experience. With a highly detailed and constantly adjusted training plan, athletes receive unparalleled support in pursuit of their goals.

Comprehensive mental performance coaching helps them develop mental toughness, resilience, and peak performance strategies. The package also includes an overview and nutrition guidance to optimize training and recovery. Unlimited communication with the coach allows for constant feedback and support, while detailed race strategy and analysis ensure continuous improvement and success.
